When you use the Mammille Retreats website, you agree to follow the rules in the Terms of Use. If we make changes to these rules, we'll put them on the website, and it's up to you to stay updated. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Payments must be made in full, 45 days before the first day of the retreat. Failure to complete payments by the due date will result in loss of your space for the retreat, no refunds will be given.

We highly recommend Travel insurance for all clients. This must be bought independently as it is not included in the retreat price. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

Booking fee and payment:

Booking Fee: a non-refundable sum of $2500  out of the $8000 is required to secure your booking with us.

Due to the exclusivity and limited availability, deposits are nonrefundable. There will be no deposits refunds provided under any circumstances at any time. 

Guest Cancellations Policy(Cancelations made by the Guest) :

If for whatever reason you need to cancel your retreat place after you have booked with us, the following refund policy will apply:

All cancellations must be received in writing,

If you cancel within 24 hours of booking.

Once you have confirmation of your booking you have a further 24hrs to cancel and obtain a full refund, including deposit,minus 5% processing fee of the full amount.

The following conditions will apply:

75 days or more

A full refund minus 5% admin charge will be provided for all cancellations up to 75 days prior to start day of the booked retreat. This excludes the $2500 per person booking fee which is non-refundable.

Between 75 - 60 days

A 50% refund will be provided on cancellations between 60-74 days prior to the start date of the booked retreat. This excludes the $2500 per person booking fee which is non-refundable.

Between 60 - 45 days

A 25% refund will be provided on cancellations between 45-59 days prior to the start date of the booked retreat. This excludes the $2500 per person booking fee which is non-refundable.

Less than 45 days 

No refund will be provided on cancellations between 0-44 days prior to the start date of the booked. Cancellations less than 45 days before the start date are non-refundable and will result in 100 % loss of revenue.

No refund will be provided for premature leaving of the retreat or failure to arrive at the retreat for any reason.

All retreat payments are due 45-days prior to the start date of the booked retreat, unless otherwise specified. Clients whose balances are not received by the 45-day deadline, will risk forfeiting their retreat booking.

Cancellations made by Mammille Retreats:

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a retreat in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a retreat, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed retreat to within twenty-four (24) months from its original start date. Booking fees paid by guests for a cancelled or postponed retreat shall be applicable to the rescheduled retreat on a U.S. dollar basis only. 

Retreat venue, dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. Mammille Retreats reserves the right to change all instructors for each retreat or event without notice. 

In the event that Mammille Retreats needs to cancel or change the start date of a retreat, you have the option to transfer the amount paid to another retreat (either scheduled or at a future time) to be used as credit. Alternatively, you may request a refund of payments made by you to the company, which will be accommodated as much as possible, taking into account any non-retrievable costs that we have committed in anticipation of your retreat. Please note that Mammille Retreats is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for cancelled retreats, such as other accommodations, airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. There are no surcharges for credit or debit card payments made in full at the time of booking. If the retreat must close for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible. Mammille Retreats will always provide full refunds in this situation. We will refund the retreat cost if applicable, but we will not cover any losses associated with flights. 

Payments:

This price is per person whether you choose to share a room or get your own room, it's the same price(half board is included). If sharing a room, please specify their name. See "questionnaire". 

Please note that payment for services at the retreat; such as treatments, taxis, transfer, etc., can only be paid for by debit or credit card, PayPal or ISL(Israeli Shekel).

Tourist City/Country Tax:

If you’re going shopping you can get a refund on the taxes, by keeping the receipts and submitting them at the VAT counter in Ben Gurion Airport. Make sure you get there in advance.

Flights and Transfers:

To be able to participate in Mammille Retreats you must have a valid passport at least for six months, and be able to travel to our destinations independently. Flights are not included. 

Flights must be booked independently, following confirmation of your retreat, before booking your flight.

Transfers from and to the airport are not included, Guests are welcome to arrange their own method of transport such as a taxi, please note however that taxi costs may vary for the one-way journey, Usually cost between $50-70 one way.

Adding a guest to Your Booking:

If you want to add a guest to your booking, please be aware that we have a limit on how many guests we can accommodate. If we're not at full capacity, we'll gladly add your guest, but once we're full, we won't be able to accept any more guests. We suggest confirming any changes as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. When you book, let us know if you're planning to add a guest, and we'll keep you informed if we get close to our limit. Please remember that your spot is only confirmed once you've paid. 

General Waiver:

You acknowledge that during any trip with Mammille Retreats you participate voluntarily in any, and all activities arranged, and insofar as is legally permissible, you surrender your right to any cause of action against Mammille Retreats, their agents, contractor’s, employee’s and directors, arising from any loss or damage to any person or property that occurs during a Mammille Retreats up to and including death.

Mammille Retreats is not medically trained and do not know your medical history so cannot offer any specific medical advice whilst at the retreat. 

All health issues including allergies MUST be disclosed at the time of booking.

Exclusions:

Information on the website and correspondence is accurate at publication, but amenities may be temporarily unavailable due to mechanical issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We may have to change the program due to staff sickness or other problems and will try to provide an equivalent replacement, but this may not always be possible. We will do our best to find the appropriate solution The best we can.

Mammille Retreats will not accept liability for:

Any of the above events, or others beyond our control.

Loss, injury, or damage (to you) or your personal property.

Physical, medical or psychiatric conditions developing during or after your retreat.

Check that your Travel insurance policy covers these and other contingencies.

Assumption of Risk/Health restrictions:

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I confirm that I want to participate in Mammille Retreats and its activities, which may include activities like tennis, yoga, running, hiking, rafting, kayaking, cycling, pickleball, sauna, hot tub, and swimming in pools, the sea, and rivers. I understand that participating in these activities involves some risk of injury, and even death. I confirm that I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk. Mammille Retreats is not responsible for any injuries or losses that may occur during my stay or while in transit. If I have any health conditions such as bone, joint, or back problems or pain, high or low blood pressure, recent surgery or injury, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart conditions, cancer, chest pain during exercise, shortness of breath at rest or with mild exertion, pregnancy, dizziness, loss of consciousness, epilepsy, or angina, I confirm that I have consulted with a doctor before participating in any physical activity, or that I am accepting full responsibility for my own health and acknowledge the risks involved. 

Photo / Video Release – Use of Image:

You hereby grant to Mammille Retreats the absolute and irrevocable right, and unrestricted permissions to use photographic portraits/images/videos in which you feature that are taken during the retreat to use/republish/copyright, etc. for commercial use in association with Mammilla Retreats. You hereby release and discharge Mammille Retreats from all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
